The Raw Soul chef takes all the organic raw food material such as; fruits, veggies, leafy greens, nuts, seeds, grains, and sprouts, in their whole form and then through grinding, blending, food processing, soaking, sprouting, marinating, and/or dehydrating them into delicious creative meals and dishes for the body and soul to enjoy.
The children and adult classes teach you how to make delicious healthy meals that you can make in your own home.
Raw Soul believes targeting children is necessary to installing the importance of healthy eating and incorporating more uncooked whole foods in whatever their daily diet consists of.
Our children class range in age from 7-15 years old. The older students help the younger ones in class while learning how important healthy food to all ages. They can pair up with kids their own age to work with or can choose to help a smaller child. The broad range in ages make it possible for sibling to go in the same class.
With child obesity and juvenile diabetes on the rise in Canada our goal is to capture the attention of children with creative fun ways to make healthy meals. Learning about good health the children will hopefully grab or prepare a healthy meal or snack at home instead of grabbing for the chocolate bars or cookies. Kids will be more likely to eat whatever they helped make.

Age 7-15 years old
A class designed for your 7 to 15 year old. The class is based on an interactive food lesson followed by correlating recipe activities. This course gives your chef the chance to practice listening, following directions, taking turns, strengthening fine motor skills and meeting new friends.
This hands-on course gives the opportunity to experience a variety of basic kitchen methods and equipment experience as they create tasty dishes. Your chef will learn to recognize and prepare with organic whole food ingredients all while working and creating masterpieces with other chefs.
This culinary chef classe will offer your child an opportunity to experience a variety of cooking methods. They will enhance and use their arithmetic, language arts, health (nutrition and creating healthy lifestyles), and social skills (team work) all while having a great time. They will leave each class with a prepared sample dish to generously share with family. Each class is 1 hour 15 minutes, for 4 weeks. This gives your child a full 5 hours of healthy food preparation time.
Since we sample all the recipes we make, your child will go home with a full belly of health foods!

Class time is 4:30pm-5:45pm every Tuesday.

Adult classes are designed to teach about the benifits of a Raw Vegetarian lifestyle no matter where you are in your health journey.
Come relax while you learn theory and preparation of raw food cuisine. Learn how to prepare fresh organic raw foods that are beautiful and delicious. Learn why natural enzymes from whole foods are important for living and healing. Learn about germination, sprouting and how eating raw foods can be a life changing experience for your body and mind.
Cravings for the familiar unhealthy cooked foods we all grew up can be somewhat overwhelming when we change our diet. Learn how to make all your favorites with whole raw foods. You will marvel at Kathryn's raw food versions as you learn to use the Vitamix blender, dehydrator, food processor, juicer, mandoline, spiral machine, and a spring-form pan. At each class you will learn how to make 5-10 recipes based on what level of class you participate in. You will watch as Kathryn shows you exactly how to prepare some of the following delicious comforting raw dishes: Warm Apple Crisp, Gourmet salads with healthy dressings, Zucchini Tomato Basil Lasagna, Warm Stuffed Mushrooms, Veggie wraps, Green Smoothies, Party Tacos with Spiced Nut Meat, Sour "Cream," and Guacamole; Nut Loaf with Mashed "potatoes", and Marinated Tomato Kale Salad; Zucchini Mac & "Cheese" , Almond "Milk", Casserole with Crunchy Multigrain Topping, Sprouted Wild Rice Salad with Herbed Vinaigrette; and Carrot Cake with Cashew Cheese Icing.

Ages 16-120 years old
In this class we go over the basics of what a raw food lifestyle consists of and how to incorporate all or some of it into your daily diet. Getting 6-12 servings of fruits and vegetables a day has never been so delicious and easy! Kathryn shows her favorite raw food recipes and essential time-saving tips and techniques. There will be enough samples for each person to take some home to share. Bring a plastic container for the samples.
After this class with Kathryn, you will have the skills you need to prepare a variety of dishes for daily lunches, dinners, and desserts. Kathryn will show you how to make 5 different raw food dishes. Apple Crisp, Delicious Green Smoothie, Mock Salmon Pate, Angel Hair Pasta with Marinara sauce.

This 3 hour class teaches you everything you need to know to make healthy and delicious raw breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and desserts from scratch each day--each recipe takes 30 minutes or less! In this class Kathryn will show you how to make 10-12 raw food dishes using kitchen equipment such as the Vitamix blender, food processor, and dehydrator.

This course is designed to go beyond the basic food prep and into more extensive raw food preparation. Kathryn will show you how a raw food lifestyle is from day to day. Every participant will work directly with the food, preparing their own dishes to taste and take home samples for their family. In this class we prepare 15 different recipes that contribute to whole meals. After this course you will be proficient in preparing elegant gourmet meals. At the end of this class is a beautiful buffet dinner from the foods prepared in class, your family and friends are more than welcome to join. This level 2 class is an essential part of starting your own raw and living food business or starting your new healthy energized lifestyle. You will be able to offer training, food prep and group classes. Because of the massive amount of information and hands on meal preparation there is a maximum Limit of 6 people per class

Just fresh fruits, nuts, agave sweeteners, raw cocoa, coconut oil and more healthy ingredients. All the nutrients your body craves and desires.
Each participant will recieve a booklet with all the recipes of the class and extra information on raw food.
