    • Oct. 7 - Raw food potluck at Journey of Health Store
    • Oct. 13 - Raw Soul's Children Chef Classes Begin. 4 week course for children 7-15 years old. After school fun. Check out the Classes page for more info.
    • Oct. 18 - Raw Soul's Adult Beginner Class. Go to the class page to find out more information.

    • There are not much classes this month as summer winds up and children go back to school. Yeah school!
    • August Food and Mood Workshop with Dorit at Jouney Of Health

    • July 19, 2009 is the Salsa Festival in Kensington Calgary. Raw Soul has a booth to advertise my catering options and chef classes!!  There will be a draw for three free classes so stop by and put your name in!

  • JUNE 2009

    • Monday JUNE 22, 2009 I will be on Calgary Breakfast TELEVISION!! From 6:30am to 10am!! I will be recording it and putting it on my website.
    • Gratitude Cafe will also be in the Calgary Herald this month! Not sure on date but I will update when I know.
    • Raw food potluck is on Saturday June 13, 2009 at 6:30pm.
    • Gratitude is Open for the best vegetarian, vegan and raw food experience! Raw Food is Served Friday nights only from 5:00pm till 9:30pm
    • I have started a new direction in Raw Foods, Home Parties! Check out my home party page and see what it's all about!

  • MAY 2009

    • Gratitude Cafe is a new vegetarian restaurant opening in Calgary in May!!  They are going to offer a Friday Night Raw Food Menu! So remember to come check out the super yummy raw vegan food I make on Friday Nights! 
    • For May children and Adult classes please go to this page for information, CLASSES.
    • Raw Soul's Potluck is on (CANCELLED) May 31 6:30pm at Braeside Community Centre. This Potluck event has been moved to June 13, 2009 at 6:30pm. This is due to my new chef job at Gratitude Cafe keeping me up late and all my kitchen equipment is there.
    • Journey of Health is having a potluck on May 6 and 17. A guest speaker and Jewlery Lady is going to be at the May 6 potluck!
